Game Day Media Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Optimus Tools League Sync Extension (the "Extension"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Chrome browser extension.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Optimus Tools League Sync Extension.

Information You Provide

When you use the Extension, we access and collect the following information from your fantasy football platform accounts (only when you are already logged into these platforms):

• League Information: League standings, records, scoring settings, and league configurations
• Roster Data: Your team roster, including player names, positions, and team affiliations
• Team Identity: Your team name and league memberships
• Player Statistics: Player performance data, statistics, and projections relevant to your leagues
• Transaction History: Trade proposals, completed trades, and waiver wire activity
• Authentication Tokens: Temporary session tokens from fantasy football platforms necessary to access your league data on your behalf

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect limited technical information to maintain and improve the Extension:

• Error Logs: Technical error information to identify and fix bugs
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage patterns to understand how the Extension is used and improve functionality (e.g., which features are accessed, sync frequency)

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Personal identification information beyond what's publicly visible in your fantasy leagues
• Browsing history unrelated to fantasy football platforms
• Financial information or payment details
• Personal communications or messages
• Any data from websites outside of the seven supported fantasy football platforms

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

1. Synchronize League Data: Access and sync your fantasy football league information across multiple platforms
2. Display Unified Information: Present your combined league data in a single, accessible interface
3. Maintain Functionality: Keep the Extension working properly across platform updates

5. Improve the Extension: Analyze anonymous usage patterns to enhance features and user experience

Prohibited Uses

How We Store Your Information

Chrome Browser Storage

We use Chrome's built-in storage APIs (chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync) to store:

• User preferences and settings
• Cached league data for faster loading
• Temporary session information

This data is stored locally on your device and, when using Chrome Sync, may be synchronized across your Chrome browsers where you're signed in with the same Google account.

External Server Storage

We store non-sensitive league information only on secure external servers (hosted on PythonAnywhere) to enable:

• Cross-platform league synchronization
• Persistent access to your synced league data
• Backup and data availability

Sensitive information such as authentication tokens is encrypted and stored only locally on your device, never on our external servers.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmissions between your browser, fantasy football platforms, and our servers use HTTPS/SSL encryption
• Encryption at Rest: Authentication tokens and other sensitive data are encrypted using strong encryption methods before storage
• Secure Servers: Our backend servers are hosted on PythonAnywhere with security best practices including access controls and regular security updates
• Token Handling: Authentication tokens are encrypted, stored locally only, and never transmitted to our external servers
• Minimal Data Retention: We only retain the data necessary to provide our service

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but continuously work to maintain the highest security standards.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.

We do not share data with third-party services, including error tracking or monitoring services.

The only data transmission occurs:

1. Between your browser and fantasy football platforms (to retrieve your league data)
2. Between your browser and our secure servers (to sync non-sensitive league information)

Data Retention

We retain your league data until you choose to delete it. You have full control over your data retention:

• Deletion by User: You can delete any or all synced league information at any time through the Extension interface
• Account Removal: If you uninstall the Extension, locally stored data is automatically removed from your device
• Server Data: League data stored on our servers remains until you explicitly delete it, even after uninstalling the Extension, allowing you to reinstall and access your synced data

We do not automatically delete your data after a specific time period unless you request deletion.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access and Deletion

• View Your Data: You can access all synced league information through the Extension interface
• Delete Your Data: You can delete any synced leagues or all data at any time through the Extension settings
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the Extension removes all locally stored data from your browser

Data Portability

Currently, we do not offer automated data export functionality. If you need a copy of your data, please contact us at team@optimusfantasy.com, and we will provide your data in a readable format within 30 days.

Chrome Permissions Explained

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

• storage: To save your preferences and cached league data locally and sync across your devices
• Host permissions for fantasy platforms: To access your league data from Sleeper, ESPN, CBS, MFL, Fantrax, NFL.com, and FleaFlicker when you're logged in
• activeTab: To interact with the current fantasy football platform page when you activate the Extension

We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service. We do not request access to all websites or unnecessary browser data.

Children's Privacy

The Extension is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at team@optimusfantasy.com, and we will promptly delete such information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Extension's functionality, or legal requirements. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• For material changes, we will notify you through the Extension or via email
• Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
